Yes — we know plans can shift. You can modify or cancel your booking easily through the app. Flexible options are available depending on how close to the start time you make the change.
We ask that you return the car with at least the same level of charge it had when you picked it up. Charging is always free at our partner stations, and you’ll find them conveniently located across the city. For hybrid vehicles, you will need to pay for the fuel on your own just like a normal car rental.
Any verified driver aged 21+ with a full driver’s licence can use RYD. Once verified in the app (a one-time process), you can book and drive anytime without further checks.
